Key projects in the last 10 years include:
Fabrication of more than 100 heat exchanger for relevant clients as Hyundai E&C and CETHK, between others for diferents refinery plants.
Fabrication and erection in field of an API tank (Capacity 100.000 barrels of Jet A1) for WIOC, Antigua Island (2019).
Fabrication and installation of a barometric condenser for a Salt Refinery (2021).

Corrective maintenance
On site Machining
Heat exchangers, pumps bases, lapping seats and plungs heaters with highest precision in narrow spots, remote locations for minimising labor cost.
Leaks repair
On site without interrupting the plant production, in any type of air leakage, steam, water, acid, caustic substances, oxidants, hydrocarbon or other chemical substances.
Hot Tapping
Online hot tapping and line stops, Tube and elbow obturation seals, Double seals and with 45 ° angle, Seals through valves, Seals at high temperatures and pressures, Seals through the line.
BoltTorquing – Tensioning
Flange bolts, assembly and dismantling of bolts and nuts, torque / tensioning.
Line isolation
Isolation and weld testing for pipes between 1″ up to 24″.
Valve refurbishment
Gate, Globe or Ball valves on site or in our local shop.
Engineered composite repairs Pressure vessel, structure components, wraps for different sizes, tanks.
